Tax authorities in Ceará identify over R$ 1 million in goods without invoices.

An operation by the Finance Department of Ceará (Sefaz-CE) identified more than R$ 1 million worth of goods without invoices in four municipalities of the state.

The task force operation carried out on the main access routes to Aracati, Crato, Penaforte, and Quixeré resulted in 11 infraction notices. The fines were paid, and the identified goods were subsequently released.

Conducted between February 24th and 26th, the joint operation 'Nufit – Fiscal Posts' intensified inspections at the state borders, seeking to combat tax evasion and irregularities in the transportation of goods .
