Foreign goods were seized this Wednesday in Tiradentes do Sul

Military police officers from the 7th BPM and the 6th Shock Battalion, together with Civil Police agents, during Operation Horus, made seizures of products of foreign origin in Tiradentes do Sul this Wednesday (2).

In the morning, a vehicle coming from the border area was approached. In the vehicle search were located several bottles of wine and whiskey without customs clearance. The goods were seized and were at the disposal of the IRS. It is estimated that the total loss to the crime was more than BRL 20 thousand.

On the same day, in the afternoon, a truck loaded with 22,000 kg of soya beans of foreign origin was approached. The lorry and the goods, along with two smartphones, were seized. Those arrested were taken to the Federal Police in Santo Ângelo. It is estimated that the total loss to the crime was more than BRL 257 thousand.
