On Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) formed majority to rule the unconstitutionality of article 19 of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet. The current result is 7 votes to 1, moving towards a change in the liability regime applied to application providers.
