Launch: Collection of Intellectual Property in the Digital Age

On 12/12/2024 we had the pleasure of attending the launch event of the “Collection of Intellectual Property in the Digital Age”. The work is part of the OAB/SP Collection and is an initiative of the Special Commission on Intellectual Property. This relevant material has the participation of several professionals specialized in IP and among them Luiz Claudio Garé, President of the Commission, co-coordinator of the work and author of the article, “Responsibility for counterfeiting of trademarks on digital platforms”.
