Operation Horus results in seizure of smuggled goods valued at more than BRL 17,700.00

On the afternoon of Monday 17th, during the actions of Operation Horus, military police officers from the 7th Military Police Battalion (7ºBPM) carried out an important seizure of goods of foreign origin, which entered Brazilian territory without proper customs clearance.

The seized material includes 52 bottles of wines and sparkling wines, as well as cleaning and personal hygiene items. According to the information provided, the total value of the seized goods is estimated at more than BRL 17,700.00.

The action of the police was essential to curb smuggling and illegal trade in these products, ensuring law enforcement and protection of the country's economy. All the seized material was delivered to the Federal Revenue Office, which will take the necessary measures for the correct forwarding of the items.
