Policiais do Departamento Estadual de Investigações Criminais (Deic) apreenderam cerca de 7,4 toneladas de produtos falsificados na sexta-feira (16). A ação foi realizada durante operação contra a comercialização de itens falsificados na Avenida Paulista, na região central da Capital.
Os agentes da 1ª Delegacia de Investigações Gerais (DIG) se deslocaram à três shoppings populares e cumpriram 15 mandados de busca e apreensão em estabelecimentos investigados. Durante as atividades, outros sete locais foram autuados em flagrante pela venda dos produtos.
A operação resultou na apreensão de cerca de 7,4 toneladas de relógios, bolsas, acessórias para celular, peças de vestuário e tênis falsificados. Ao todo 17 pessoas são investigadas por crime contra a Propriedade Industrial.

Deic Seizes Over 7.4 Tons of Counterfeit Goods
Police officers from the State Department of Criminal Investigations (Deic) seized about 7.4 tonnes of counterfeit goods on Friday (16). The action was taken during an operation against the sale of counterfeit items on Avenida Paulista, in the central region of the capital.
The agents of the 1st General Investigations Office (DIG) went to three popular shopping centers and carried out 15 search and seizure warrants in the investigated establishments. During the activities, seven other locations were fined for selling the products.
The operation resulted in the seizure of about 7.4 tonnes of counterfeit watches, bags, cell phone accessories, clothing and sneakers. Altogether 17 people are investigated for crimes against Industrial Property.
